Returns & Exchanges
- Window: 7 days from delivery. Item must be unused, with tags & original packaging.
- Reverse Pickup Fee: ₹150 per order (2 pickup attempts). If failed, self-ship to our warehouse.
- Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
- Exchange: Subject to stock; one exchange per order; new item must be equal or higher value.
Refunds
- COD orders: Refund as store credit after quality check.
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method in 7–10 business days (post QC).
- If returned after an exchange, an additional ₹150 deduction applies.
