At MANNVIR ETHNIC, every outfit is crafted with care and precision to make your celebrations memorable.
We value your trust, and while we strive to deliver perfection, we understand that you may sometimes need to make changes to your order.

Returns

You can place a return request within 5 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For size-related issues, exchanges may be offered, subject to product availability.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Customised, made-to-order, or altered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

A return/restocking fee of ₹249 will apply to all return requests within India.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised, altered, or made-to-order outfits.

  • Accessories including safas, mojaris, dupattas, malas, and brooches (due to hygiene and handling reasons).

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns or cancellations after inspection and approval.

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection/approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return/restocking charges of ₹249 apply to all return orders.
